I quite like it but wouldn't use it. I tend to like Welsh names, there's a fairy-like quality to them (is it Welsh?).

It's not genuinely Welsh... every Raewyn I can find online is Australian or New Zealander. It looks like one of our odd coinages from down thattaway.
