What do you guys think? I met a girl by this name years ago and occasionally the name pops in my head. I actually really like it. She had to say it a couple of times for people to get it and stop calling her Jen or Jenny, but like I said, once I got it, it stuck.

Weird! Is it a form of Eugenia, designed to help folks with the pronunciation? If so, and anyway, I do prefer Genia with a G instead of a J.

It was pronounced Jen-ya. Basically Jen with a ya at the end. I kinda like it but I think it would always be mispronounced.
