Reginald is very stuffy to me. Reggie softens it a bit for me, and makes me like it a bit more. It's one of those names I'd expect to see either on a nobleman or a business tycoon in the past, someone wealthy and perhaps powerful, and but now I'd picture it more on a teenage kid playing basketball, I guess because I can't see anyone using Reginald now, and I get that impression more from Reggie.

Archibald is a somewhat similar feel to me, though a bit more of a military vibe, whereas Ichabod to me is completely different, more obscure.
