I know two children called Daisy, they're both children, one is about 8/9 and the other 5. Both girls are blonde and sweet but I would not say they have frilly personalities at all! The older girl is quite fiery but friendly, very outgoing. While the 5 year old is very clever, she loves to talk your ear off about anything, and is highly regarded by her peers.
I see this name as pale pink. As pretty as it is, I find it really hard to see it on a respectable adult who doesn't play the "dumb-innocent" part.
