A couple of days ago the General Register Office for Scotland released the full list of all first names given in Scotland last year, if you want a wee look its on Tables 4 & 5 in the link below:
http://www.gro-scotland.gov.uk/statistics/theme/vital-events/births/popular-names/babies-first-names-2013/detailed-tables.html
There's some absolute crackers! Any favourites?

omgggg an Aella! And an Esma! Love it!
It's so hard to read though with all the cr8tyf spellings. I'm mildly dyslexic and this is just exasperating it lol I'm seeing 20 different versions of Aidan and Aliyah right off the bat. And soooo many hyphenated names for girls!
Trying to skim this is what pops out like whoa:
Annastasia-Beighleigh
Blaze
Blessing
Bramble
Caolila-Alba
Devane-Mia
Dexie (is this meant to be the Scottish phonetic equivalent of Dixie?)
Edenzoe
Evere (meant to be an alt spelling of Ever maybe? Or maybe they do say eh-veer lmaoo)
Fergie-Alexis
Fraia (one of a dozen creative spellings of Freya, it's amazing)
Genesia
Goodness (and there were two!)
Honey (12! I just imagine future men thinking they forgot the girls name so calls her Honey, only to score cause that IS her name!)
Hooriah
Isyla
J'aimee (so quiche!)
Jaymeleigh
Kaesyn
Kallie-Allek
Karleize
Kerlisa-May
Lemma
Loki
Lowri (Lori?)
Maab (like the Fairy Queen I presume)
Maider
Makayla-Makenzie (I am not even joking with this!)
Masyn
Mhirren
Mi'delle
Moxie (ngl I kinda like it lol)
Nellicy
Nessamay
Nyla-J
Olivia-Blyberg
Palden
Panashe
Parishay
Pebbles
Pene-Anne
Pinky
Polyxeni
Prestina
Remas (female Remus?)
Riven
Saxe
Success (well now there's a name to live up to lol)
Summer-Ette
Taleigha (Talia?)
Tippi
Vogue
Wallis
Xavyera (feminized Xavier?)
Yvie
Acyee (??)
Amazigh
Anakin
Argyll-Sutherland
Aurrin
Auryn
Azlan (like Aslan I assume lmao)
Bailey-Shay
Bhriclan
Branch
C (legit that's the full name! Like, what)
