I don't love the name , particularly because I have known so many Mikayla, Michaelas, and McKaylas... But I definitely like Michaela spelling the best:) my favorite of your combos are Michaela Joy and Michaela Belen. I love the name Isabel but it doesn't seem to go together as well when I say it:)
