I have to say, (as a Brit) that I'm not a fan of any of those names! But they are interesting sibsets. They'd catch my eye too.
I know someone with a toddler age daughter named Pearl. And the other day I was waiting for a bus and a mother and her small boy got on and the mother said, "come along, Otto." I can see Otto catching on among the middle-class, arty sort of crowd.
