[Opinions] Re: Amaranthe
That's what originally turned me off to the name since I know it's used in gluten free baking. But the more it grew on me, the more I looked into the name and saw yes, the seed is ground into flour, but it's actually a flowering perennial that is named after the Greek word for "unending". So I wondered if it could be more of a flower/nature type name or if it would always be associated with the food product. But if food is what people think of first, I guess not :/Check out my ever changing name list! http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/137889Mom to Amalia and Jon
