Alan feels really dated to me where Alban has no such reference. I love Alban and nn Alby. I like Alvin quite a bit also. Alvin is MORE antiquated than Alan (a dad name) which somehow makes it better timed for a comeback. Alban is Alan and Alvin's cousin who's been living abroad
