I live in Australia. I pronounce Kelsey with a short end syllable. I pronounce Cary "ca-REE" so differently to Kelsey (but I'd pronounce it CARE-ee if someone was introduced as "CARE-ee"). To me, Kerry sounds different, kə-REE.
