I'm ambivalent (assuming you mean for a real person). It's pretty, and fabulous.
But it's flaky and gimmicky too, since the word ethereal is evocative but it also connotes insubstantiality ... a lack of weight and importance in the world.
If my daughter had a classmate Etheria I'd think it was neat and interesting, but I would not want to go through life named Etheria, myself.
