Idk, I actually don't think Baylor's too bad (and it's the best out of the names they were considering IMO), though I'd like it on a boy much more. It doesn't do much for me on a girl. And the combo is a bit much.
The spellings they've chosen aren't my thing at all, but a sibset of Callum, Alisha, and Baylor wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. (I'd prefer Alicia to Alisha, but I know that's pronounced differently in the UK, so.)
