I'm 50/50 on this. I'm a Polish-born Brit, so, for me, it makes me think of middle-aged women (I've met a dentist in her 40s/50s? named Marzena) in a sort of a neutral way. Contrary to what namingzzz said, it doesn't make me think of marzipan since Marzena's not pronounced 'mar-ZEE-na,' 'mar-ZAY-na' etc.
