I love it. I'm a sucker for -ander names. I like the Ancient Greek roots and the fact that Shakespeare used it in my favourite play of his (A Midsummer Night's Dream). I think it's usable.
Lysander was a nice character in the play (I seem to recall? Correct me if I'm wrong, I read it almost 2 years ago), and if necessary you can always call him
Sander or something like that.
