I agree with those who think it's too "young" sounding for her. Though aesthetically, I think she does sort of LOOK like a Caitlyn- but if it were me I'd have gone for a name that's less obviously "chosen-after-the-fact" / less jarring in someone of her age. Like, you're already in a position of trying to "convince" people of your gender, so why choose a name that takes some convincing too? If that makes any sense
I'd be most pleased with Carmen, instead. Or just Kate. I also like someone's suggestion of Joanna but have a feeling any name with a masculine sounding nick would be off the table.
