I like Oona and would be pleasantly surprised to see it on a little girl. I don't care for Una at all. It looks odd and all I can see is the Spanish word for "one".

Oona/Una Homanyouni sounds like a cartoon character. It's fun and distinctive all right, but not in a good way for a real person.
