Nicholas- gorgeous! I'd use Nikolai, more likely, though. I don't like Nick, but I do like Nico / Niko. I'd probably use Nikolenka to express endearment.
Perry- not my thing, but it's okay, and definitely better on a boy.
Rutherford- I usually find surname names both pretentious and tacky. This one is simply pretentious.
