I'm a huge nickname lover so the nickname options for Sullivan and Frederick automatically make me like them. However, I can't make myself like them enough to put on my list. I don't mind surname names at all, especially if they have special meaning to me, but Sullivan sounds too surname-y to me. I do love the meaning though.
My uncle is named Frederic so I've never thought of this name as a possible favorite but I do like hearing it on other people
I've been thinking about adding Abel to my top 10 for a long time. I'm not sure I could see myself using it but it's handsome and I like the meaning. Abe could be a nice nickname, too.
