I like both names; would I ever use them in real life, like for a child? Probably not. But I think it would interesting to meet a baby or young girl named Eloise, it does remind me of the Eloise at the Plaza books and movie. I also like Juliet but it's so strongly associated with Shakespeare, that it's almost impossible to use.
