It's very overused where I live, but if it's not where you are, then I like it. I prefer it spelt Frazer.

I like it, for a boy.

It reminds me of the show. It would be a cute name for a pet but I don't like it as a person's name.

For me, it's always going to be Kelsey Grammer and his eccentric psychiatrist character. (regardless of spelling)

I don't like the way it sounds. It also makes me think of the show Frasier, which I really can't stand.
