[Opinions] Re: Myra, Lynn & Katrina

I think Katrina would be iffy if you lived in the south, but I know a couple of Katrinas here in NY and never make the connection until I really think about it.
My brother lives in New Orleans, and he lost a restaurant in the hurricane, so I would never use it and I think he would find it unusable. However, it is still a pretty name and the more time passes, the less likely people will make the link.
Myra I love. I actually considered it seriously for our first pregnancy. I think it is simple, pretty, interesting to look at, yet totally pronounceable and readable. I also like the more dated Myrna, but that is just my tastes.
Lynn is ok. I am not a huge fan and it is a popular middle name in my area. Plus, there is a huge conglomerate that buys buildings and leases them to businesses called LYNN. So, I literally see the name on every other street corner building.
The sound is pretty though - so I think it a decent nickname for pretty much anything it fits.
