I'll comment on some of the names:
Amy Margaret - a bit Little Women. She could have a sister named Beth Josephine.
Flora Agnes Mackay - sweet
Greta Grace - sounds like Gretna Green, but Greta is a fun name.
Oliver James - reminds me of Jamie Oliver.
Isabella Alice Drury, a sister for Tabitha - like Alice and Tabitha.
Rosanna Marie-Louise - I like Rosanna.
Ambrose Ludovic George, a brother for Magnus - hm, Magnus and Ambrose sound too much alike.
Sophie Mafra Musgrave - Musgrave! Interesting middlename too.
Jackson Thatcher - horrible
Rosie Jane - it's sweet, but too nicknamey.
Susanna Claire, a sister for Isabel - Gorgeous combo and sibset.
Philip Kaan - nice to see Philip.
Sidney Alf, a brother for Billy and Kitty - I like it somewhat if the sibs full names are William and Katherine. Otherwise it would be quite icky. I don't like Alf.
Lois Hannah Mary, a sister to Frederick. - Heh, Lois. And Frederick.

There are some that caught my eye ...Ambrose Ludovic George - Well, Ambrose is cool and Ambrose George would have sounded good. Ludovic is taking it a step too far ... He now sounds like a ponce.Beatrice Cecilia - Both cool names, but the "S" sounds run together. Cecilia Beatrice would be far nicer.Darius Alexander - Darius is one of few "us" names I don't mind. In fact it's dashing. I can take or leave Alexander, it's nothing special.Finnian John Lennox - Nice ... Shame they bothered with John, though. It adds nothing to the name.
Humphrey Richard Alexander - It's *very* surprising to see Humphrey on a newborn, though with brother Wilfrid, it must be their style. I went to school with a guy whose surname was Humpherson, and he suffered relentless "humping" jokes. Needless to say, nms. And I loathe Richard. Boring, boring.Iona Katherine Grace - Gorgeous, though I'd have gone with Katherine *or* Grace as the mn. Together, they're a bit blah.
Layla Elly-May - Layla is pretty, but verging on trendy, thanks to Lily / Lila / Lola. Elly-May is sickly cute, and not a good formal name at all. The combo also has too many L's.

BTW, is the use of 2 mn's that much more common in England??Nope, in fact I'm sure it's rarer. Having no middle name is much more normal here, too. But the London Times has a very upper-crust readership (rich businessmen especially). So the names aren't typical of average British names :-)
