Message: "Kaio / Kyo" - Behind the Name

I was just having a think and came up with the name Kaio, or Kyo. On this site, Kyo is a japanese name pronounced kyo all as one syllable, whereas I prefer KIE-o. What do you think? What middle name would suit a Kaio / Kyo? Which spelling do you prefer?

I love Kaio because it looks fun and Hawaiian. And I like the two syllables. And I like the nickname Kai.

I really like this. I'm liking your version more, and the Kaio spelling would help if that's the pronunciation you're going for.
I love the name Kai, it could be a nn for Kaio. Or just K.

I quite like Caio - Welsh version of Caius, has the pronunciation you're after.
