Miran and Tori are still living in the US, with their two youngest children.
Elissa has been married to her husband, Kel, for the past three years. They met while Elissa was spending a summer in Sweden, working. Elissa and Kel live in Sweden, but both do a lot of international traveling--Elissa as a freelance photographer and Kel as an international stock broker. The two of them also take their son, Colin, with them on their journeys.
Aaron has been married to his high school sweetheart, Sarah, for six years now. He is enjoying his time playing professional soccer, and he still loves the sport. His wife, Sarah, lives in the same town as Miran and Tori with their three young children.
Eliah surprised his parents by deciding to pursue a medical degree. He finished his undergraduate work in three years, and is now in his second year of medical school. He and his wife, Katja, have been married for six months.
Silas moved to Sweden to live with Elissa and her husband. He is studying music at one of the Swedish universities and keeps Elissa's house when she and Kel are traveling.
Juni, 19, is working as a nurse's aide at a busy urban hospital. She is engaged to a man she met at the hospital. Eric works in the maintenance department.
Maia, 16, is a quiet, reticent girl. She prefers to stay close to home and close to family. She is thinking about being a teacher someday.
Levi, 14, is growing into a strong young man. He loves ice hockey and spending time with his siblings in Sweden.
