[Opinions] Re: what's your nickname?

Tory for Victoria. Some people in my family call me Tor. When my friends in middle/high school wanted to annoy me they'd call me Vicky.
As a kid, I got a kick out of being able to look up Toryism in the dictionary.
I've mostly stopped using it when I introduce myself though. (I'm pretty soft-spoken, so a lot of times people end up hearing Cori or Terry or Troy; even most of my family still misspells it as Tori or Torie. Everyone understands Victoria the first time).
I also feel like Tory has an 80s vibe that I don't particularly like.
