I wouldn't avoid long names, I don't think. Although I would think about how easy/hard it is to say the names together. I'm a bit of an overthinker, so I would also try to find names that are not too difficult to say in different orders.
And I would never use the same middle name over again.
Philomena Therese - not bad, though I do find Philomena a little bit goofy-feeling
Isabella Therese - I hate Isabella so much. Therese is pretty nice in the middle
Odilia Therese - cool!
