Help[Opinions] I would pronounce it AY-lee-ah
in reply to a message by Elia
similar to Kayla but with the extra "ee" sound. Reminds me of the Spanish Elian and Elias. (Remember little Elian Gonzalez? And I have a Mexican neighbor named Elias.)
