I think it's cute and spunky but I wouldn't like to live with it as a full name. I think it's an unusual and nice way to nickname Louisa and in this way I also like the spelling Loula.
If I met a little girl with this name I'd think that her parents wanted a name that would stand out and be different while also fitting in with all the little Laylas, Lunas and Lylas.
