Nicoletta is very pretty name. A name I would use if I liked nicknames but I'm not a fan of them. The nickname I think that would Come from it would be Nikki which I am not a fan of. As for middle names Nicoletta Jo

I would go for a softer middle name since Nicoletta is pretty and a strong name

I am not a huge fan of Nicoletta. It is just too flowery for me.

I prefer Nicolette and Nicola. If I were choosing names from that family I would go for the simple Nicole or Colette.

For a nickname I would choose Etta or Coley. I strongly dislike Nicky/Nikki.

For combos something simpler to balance it

I don't like Nikki either it reminds me of my grandmas dog. It was a cute dog though
