[Facts] Mavourneen and Riordan
I was wondering about the pronounciation of these Irish names. They are in the database, but there are no pronounciation keys. Thank you!

Riordan is prounced REER-den.
Mavourneen is probably pronounced "ma-VOR-neen", just as its spelled. The root of the name, "muirnin," is also spelled "mhuirnin";in Gaelic 'mh' is a 'v' sound. This explains why 'ma-muirnin' is anglicized with a 'v'.
