Greer Mackenzie would go really well, but that might be *too* masculine or gender ambiguous. Greer Elizabeth is decent enough.
Greer is really hard to find a good feminine nickname for...have you considered making Greer the middle name and calling her by it?

Greer Mackenzie is very sweet :^) This is a name for a character, not a real person, so I'm not too concerned about how masculine it is! It might work to make it her middle name, though, because she is from Texas and I just met a Texan named Ross Adam who always goes by Adam... maybe it's a cultural thing? I dunno, but that's a good thought!
