I'm not a Judah fan either, but the -h does make it look familiar and complete. Juda could be a feminised version - that's what I expected - or even a nn for a Judith who was avoiding Judy.
If it were me, I'd stay with Judah. For a mn, I'd avoid initial vowels and anything Old Testament. Juda(h) Clive is unexpected; Juda(h) Nicholas; Juda(h) Sebastian; Juda(h) Leslie is pleasantly retro; Juda(h) Stephen.
