I don't like either, but if I had to choose, Sebastian. It at least has an elegance Gabriel lacks, and it at least does not have the nickname Gabe.

Gabriel. I just think it sounds much nicer. Sebastian makes me think of the lobster in The Little Mermaid and it also makes me think sea bastard.
