[Opinions] July
What do you think of this name, is better or more suited for a girl or a boy, is it to out there or is it usable. I have often thought it was very out there but it was a name of a male character and it suited him well. Also what middles names would go well with it.

It's definitely usable. I used to know a woman named July and had a friend in HS whose MN was July (FN Sarah). I think it's neat. It could work for a male, I suppose, but comes off as more feminine because of the above mentioned people.
I like it paired with a longer, classic (or variation on a classic) name.July Elisabeth
July Patricia
July Natalia
July Katarina
July Rebecca
July Victoria
July Mariana

I like it a touch more for a boy, but it's not the most namey of months in my opinion. February, March, July, and October are the ones I don't really see. I do like it as a middle name. It has a nice upswing to it.

I think it better suited for a boy, but that is because it is my husband's family nickname. (real name Julius). It's actually quite chic.

It's usable but I sure wouldn't, and I would not like to be called July. The sound is not attractive, like "you lie" and since July as a month name has never caught on as a person's name, it's likely to be mistaken for a bad spelling of Julie.

I love it, and I don't think it's "out there" at all. It's perfectly usable. I cannot see it on a male at all, though.
