It's a cheery, cute name. Not my favorite but I see its appeal. If you like it, go for it!

I dislike it with this spelling. Kailey or Kiley are okay.

It was to my cousin. She named her daughter Kylie in 2013. I don't care for it.

If you like it then it is worth it for you to consider it.
Personally, I do not like the name Kylie. It's as wimpy and whiny adn Kaylee, with the added strike against it that it sounds like a cutesy-poo nickname for Kyle.
