I'm not sure how how an English speaking person pronounces this but in my pronunciation (ah-tseh-ty-LEHN; y like in french 'rue') it doesn't sound very pretty.
I personally don't think it's usable but I can imagine someone out there using it as a name. After all, stranger things have happened.
