I was in Las Vegas this past weekend and came across some interesting names, unfortunately didn't write them all down.
However, Quelyn is the one that stuck in my mind. It's pronounced like Kaylyn/Kailyn.

I was thinking "quell-in". It reminded me of that video where someone reads "Jaquelyn" as "Jay-Quellin".

I've encountered a Quelynn where I work!
I've never actually spoken to the student, but I've called his house once or twice - and I've been pronouncing it like Kellan on the voicemail. I had no idea how to say his name.
Was your Quelyn male or female? Because with it pronounced like Kaylyn, I'm having difficulty imagining it on a male.

I was so intrigued by it and had thought it was pronounced something other than Kaylyn until I asked her. Kellan is another way I could see it being pronounced.
