1. It sounds awkward and pretentious; unpleasantly out-of-place in the modern world. The 'led' syllable is particularly weak.
2. It does not compare to Theodora in terms of style or attractiveness.

Theodora has the pleasant quality of being an uncommon name with which most people are familiar. Somerled is too obscure to share this essential quality.
