It's ok. It does have a neat sort of fantasy sound going on. I have a (female) relative named Farran, and the only other person I know of with that name is male and spells it Faron. I think Faryn looks more pleasant than either of those.
It's not bad! Pretty spelling and a sweet sound. Though I fear people will always just see it as a 'combination' name. To me it sounds like a combination of Farrah and Erin/Eryn. I'll put my preference this way: Farrah > Faryn > Eryn > Erin
