Girls' Pr- names in general strike me as a bit snobbish (words like prim, proper, prudish, prissy, precious, and princess come to mind).
But, I've always been fond of Prudence, and Primrose has grown on me recently. I think because they've both got pop culture references going for them...
I like the song "Dear Prudence" (favorite version so far is by Siouxsie and the Banshees), and my impression of Primrose became more positive (or at least it seemed more familiar) after I saw Hunger Games...
Rosey is too cutesy for my liking (I used to have a pony named Rosie, so it mainly sounds like a pet's name to me) but it could work.
