They are both lovely and unique as far as names ending in -dora go, but I personally prefer Minadora, which is the Georgian form of Menodora and also a Romanian variant of Minodora. I think Minadora feels just a little bit more feminine than the other names (and also a bit easier to pronounce), due to the absence of the "o" in the first part of the name. It also feels a bit more dreamy and poetic too, while the others seem a little bit more... down-to-earth.
It can me shortened to Minnie, which is cute.
I love it! I prefer Menodora, though.
I don't like it. It sounds really close to minotaur.
