I love using Sarah as a MN, it is so unexpected there:

Try putting it in the MN spot, I'm always surprised more people don't use it there.
Sarah Catherine is sweet, and you could occassionally call her S.C. 'Essie'? Call it 'boring' if you like, but I find it a lot less boring than the hundreds of Emily Grace, Emma Rose, Olivia Grace, Lily Grace's she'll encounter.

I actually like Sarah pretty well as a middle. It's just it's my fiance's favorite name for a girl, and he already agreed to my pick if we ever have a girl, but he'd want Sarah for a first if we ever have a second girl. I'm not keen on it as a first, myself, and I think it's extra plain next to the first pick, Cordelia.
