I'm not super into Blair, it's okay, but it's a billion times better than Blaira, and two billion times better than Blara, which just looks and sounds like a word to indicate babbling. (Blah blah blara blah) Combo ideas are combining Blaira with never being used, ever. As a name it completely offends my aesthetic sensibilities.
