Do you think it would be okay for someone NOT Scottish at all to use? In your own personal opinion? I'm 100% Irish :)

Hehe, close enough.
I'm English and Dutch, my DH is English and Metis- so I unfortunately don't think we could use some of the beautiful Scots and Irish names, but that wouldn't stop most- and I don't necessarily think it should.
In sum, it's great :-P
