I pronounce all as LAY-luh and prefer the Leila spelling. I love Leila which is also the name of one of my cats.

I pronounce these as LIE-luh. This name is just okay to me. It seems incomplete, like a form of Delilah or something. BTW, I like Delilah too and have it in mind for a future pet.
