My least favorite spelling for both pronunciations is Laila. I don't like the look but I also dislike that it can be pronounced both ways.

I prefer the name LIE-lə. My favorite spelling for LIE-lə is Lila. I do like Lyla but I definitely prefer Lila. My favorite spelling for LAY-lə is Leila but Layla is a close second.
