Keighley- Keith-lee sounds like a town (I spent most of my childhood in the Tyne and Wear area, but I don't think it's an accent thing- Yorkshire doesn't usually turn gh into th), but if I saw Keighley in the context of a name, then I'd probably try Key-lee (Keely) first.
