I prefer Ottilie.
For same style, I would suggest

Ameline
Anneline

Auraline
Aureline
Auxiline
Berline
Coraline
Cordeline
Eweline
Fraukeline

Wendeline
First, I would say Otto-leen-neh, then Otto-leen.
This name is ok, imho, it's not exactly brilliant.
Same applies to Ottilie, that didn't blow my mind, a back number & antiquated.
(or Cäcilie, Emilie, Odilie & Zäzilie)

Ottoline is lovely, I pronounce it with the -leen ending. I knew an Ottilie once, it felt pretty on her but Ottoline is much more fun. She's flouncy and feminine but not girly.

I love this name! My friend and I wrote a story about Ottoline. She was on a pirate ship. One of the pirates was named Converse. They landed on an island full of birds. The story wasn't very long but she has always been an enchanting figure in my life.
I say it -lean but sometimes -lyne because, you know, freedom. Also I enjoy the spelling Audeline, a little sweeter.
Ottilie is normal and boring and reminds me of Attila.
Wow what name is similar to Ottoline? Thomasina?

Wow Audeline is supremely beautiful
Yes it is very pretty! Nicer than Ottoline imo.
I want to read that story so bad!
I would pronounce Ottoline like auto lean.
However I keep asking myself, is it auto line?
Ottilie is pretty, but I prefer Odilia for American English speakers. Since Ottilie looks like it ought to be said very similarly to "oddly," and looks ever so twee.
Ottilie and Lieselotte.
Ottoline, Rosetta, Imogen, Celestina.

I pronounce the ending like Caroline rather than Pauline and I love it. Definitely in my top 20 It's very stately. Ottilie, which I also like is much girlier and a little bit frilly. I could see using Ottilie as a pet name for a little Ottoline.
Names that feel similar to me are Augusta Lucasta and Olga (which I adore), Lavinia, Aurelia and Charlotte (which I'm not so keen on). Empress-y names.
I just remembered...when I was in my early 20s, still a student and in NO WAY thinking of having a child, I dreamt I had a baby called Ottoline Maude

I'd also go with like Caroline but everything I've seen online suggests it's leen :(
