Love!
It's so baroque and refined.

Swoon-worthy. Apollinaria (see: Apollinariya) too.
Love love it. Would like to meet one.
I don't like it...probably because I usually only see the 'naire' ending in words like millionaire and billionaire.

Also kind of reminds me of the hair removal Nair.
It reminds me of the refrigerator and air conditioner brand Frigidaire.
Also it sounds like "A pollen air".

I posted about this a few years ago after I saw it on a list somewhere. I still think it's neat and I still like it a bit but a bit much for most Americans, at least.
I've always been intrigued by Apollinaire. It's a guilty pleasure name for me; I don't think it would work well as a FN in the US. Nevertheless, I prefer it to the more user-friendly Apollo.
Do you think it would work as a FN in Europe? Do you prefer it to Apollo?

Hmm, I'm not quite sure how to pronounce this, but it does seem like quite a mouthful. I also don't like how it has "pollin" in it, reminds me of pollen. I do like Apollo though, which I think might be a variation or at least similar. ❤
