Not on a human being. On the other hand, it is an excellent name for a cat!

A cat? Why?

When I hear this name I think that is so trong, refined, noble and so fascinating!

Its sound is wonderful!
It is much amd much better than Cesare which has something tacky in it imo.

My sister's cat was Caesar Augustus :)

I don't think Caesar works very well as an English name because it's a title and seems a bit extravagant
